Living here has been great with hardly any negatives at all. The only thing i could really complain about is the upstairs neighbors they are loud 24/7. Im someone who gets up for work at 5:30 so when i hear kids screaming and jumping around at 2am it drives me pretty crazy. Ive asked them several times to try and keep it down but this has only made them worse. Also ive had 4 work orders put in for my toilet and it will work for a few days then get clogged again. Ive gotten to the point of just going and using the bathroom by the gym in the front office but having guests over is always a hassle when it comes to the bathroom

Nice, Quiet, Convenient

I like living here due to being close to everything. Also, maintenance request are always done right away which I love because I know a lot of apartment complexes that lack in that department. The only complaint I have which is not the complexes fault is that owners allowing their pets to pee and poop in the hallways, elevators, sidewalks, etc.

Making a 62 year old with limitation

Saturday, I walked in my master bathroom and found water linking all over. I called the office and Maintenace came. He stated if the problem continues call the office. Well, it did, so I called late Saturday night. No one show up Sunday so I called the office again. Monday, I get home from work, nothing was done, I called the office , they did follow-up and called me back to tell me "they said, maintenance said I will need to remove all the items from the bathroom" . I explained I am unable to remove the items , my back and my limitation of moving round. The office "if you want maintenance to fix the spiker, items has to be remove from the area. So, I did sugging and all. My point is why didn't they tell on Saturday if they have to come , that area in the bathroom has to be clear out. Yesterday, leave a note, not able to fix the problem due to items , please have them remove and we came fix the problem. Communcation. I will never forget this and I won't refer anyone one to this place. Never.
