    The building is undergoing a lot of work to modernize the property. So far I love the upgrades, new hallway lighting, new carpet in hallway and new paint job on the doors. The building is relatively quiet and clean. The building staff is friendly, approachable and professional. They should consider reopening the office doors so that residents can access and speak to the staff directly. Overall, I would recommend the building as an amazing place to call home. Hugh-Roy is my favourite.

    I've lived here for 12 years, awesome large park just outside the backdoor depending which building you live in. Maintenance issues in my unit are taken care of very quickly. Very clean and with the past winter storms the snow was cleared from the walkways very quickly. Everyone I've met in the building is very kind.
