This property has great amenities and is quiet. The area is clean and nice. The staff is helpful and they have hired more security even when I wasn't looking for it. The peace of mind is helpful and the I love my apartment.

Seriously I have lived in a lot of apartment communities through my long life and I can truly say this has been my best experience ever here at Level 25 Oquendo. The management staff and Repair Department are just simply the best they are professional attentive and most of all they really care about their residents and it shows every day of the year. Thank you to everyone here who makes this a terrific and wonderful place to live.
As my straight 5 stars indicated; love living here. The staff is friendly and very accomodating. Place is immaculate, and maintenance has shown up on day of request every single time.

This property is amazing from the exterior aesthetic and the friendly and helpful front office staff. The neighbors are great an the property is maintained beautifully.
Really feels like home and sometimes that’s hard when renting. The property is beautiful and so far peaceful. The amenities are great and it’s not an overwhelming property when a lot of buildings. All around great place to call home.
Hard to find an uncovered spot near my unit. Meanwhile, there are many covered spots that are being unused. Should just allow people to park anywhere. Otherwise, everything is great

I recently moved in and this is probably one of the most caring, affectionate, and passionate move in experiences I have experienced. The staff and team here really do care about what they do and care about the residents that live here. I have never experienced such a great experience in the times that I have rented int he past 10 years. I am so grateful.
