Anonymous on Jun 1, 2022I love the inside of my apartment the best. It is beautiful inside. The maintenance is responsive if you fill out a form via rent cafe. The community could be a bit cleaner, sometimes it smells like urine in the halls. Staff is nice but not too responsive. Would be nice to have a heads up before getting cars towed, or better signage in place to prevent such things from happening.

The entire area is clean and quiet, from the parking lot to the halls of the buildings. The location cannot be better! There are coffee and food trucks weekly as well as resident get togethers, making this place more a home than just a place to sleep! Applying and getting into my apartment was a breeze and the wonderful ladies working at Oasis were there for me every step of the way. Special shout out to Valerie in the leasing office, as well as her boss, who helped me the morning of my move when I was stressed beyond belief. They went above and beyond for me when they didn’t need to and it means the world. I’ll tell everyone I know about this beautiful community and the wonderful people who work here.
