Horrible business owners. I went online and reserved a unit which then told me my reservation is good for 5 days. Nowhere did it ask for a credit card to pay. I get an email sometime after 7 in the morning telling me that I needed to call after 8 (they don't even technically open until 9 according to google) to see if the unit is still available because "in this market, I expect it to be rented by the end of the day." I responded saying I was told my reservation was good for 5 days and it should be honored. I also informed her that if it had given me an option to put in a credit card, I would have already paid. But her response was that "in this market, storage units are hard to come by" and that the 5 day reservation is only good for when there are more units available. It should not be telling people that then and there should be an option to put in a credit card to ensure you actually get the unit. She's not selling one of her houses but she acts like a storage unit is a house shes selling. Unprofessional, uncaring, and unethical. Do not even try to rent a unit from here. You won't get one anyway. Well, maybe you will if you offer her hundreds over the unit price. That's how the housing market is (which she is a realtor too) so I guess that's how she will run her storage unit. Absolutely ridiculous. I never called her because I refuse to do business with someone like her. ... Read more

Facility is in new condition. Clean and spacious for uhaul truck access. (20ft atleast). Code access gate entrance. Fully fenced. Office staff is pleasant and helpful. Units are clean and seem to have good ventilation. Tall interior with vaulted ceiling. Downside no light or power access for light in unit. Gets dark around here early in winter. And not environmental controlled or insulated. If its freezing or hot its the same in unit. Mindful of this for items that could be damaged by these temp changes. But otherwise unit is awesome. Thanks All Kindza. ... Read more

I rented a unit and about a week later learned it was not large enough because I had to store all household furniture. They would not accommodate me with a larger unit. I asked if they could charge for the week I never used but no, they charged for the whole month and the reason was they could have rented my space multiple times; lousy business practice. I later used 2 other storage companies and they had much better business practices. Never would use All Kindza storage again or recommend them. ... Read more

Owners are friendly. Unfortunately the unit leaks water. Stored my belongings in there from May to August while in the process of moving. When I came in August to move my things they were all full of black mold. And the bottoms of boxes were molded away. If you have anything that cannot get wet I’d recommend against storing it here ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at All Kindza Storage - 1125 Kennel Drive include the following amenities: Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Gate, Parking, Keyless Unit Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
