Lived here over 12 years it seems to be getting worse with the drugs and troublemakers park manager is unqualified and looks the other way when there's problems with tenants troublemakers can do basically whatever they want they don't do background checks like they say it's one of the reasons why we came here they let anybody in here we were hoping for some Law and Order because of the tenant agreement you have to sign with all their rules and regulations which the park manager does not follow whatsoever poor management is to blame ... A really good mobile home park for Fayette County. Lot rent just increased but it's still a good place to live. Park manager and park secretary are really nice. Maintenance people do an awesome job and park is pretty much neat and clean. Not a whole lot of drug activity and not a lot of night partyers blasting music all night. All and all not a bad place to live. ... Read more

I bought my 16×80 in 1997 from American homes. I put it in Holiday park. I sold it 3 years later moved in to Uniontown "which that was the worse mystake". The drugs and thifts in town was terrible. I learned to fined out my trailer was for sale i was offered to buy it back. I jumped on it. 20+ years living in Holiday park now. i have never had things stolen or damage done to my place. I carry home owners insurance. Which ever one is supose to incase of fire. But i can honestly say i feel safer living here then what i did in town. Yes, we have rules to live by ..thats what keeps are small community looking nice and feeling safe. ... Read more

friendly staff is about the only good thing I can say.. when I'm done with my unit Never Again will I rent from them...... when I first got the unit back in April i had to sweep it out before I could put anything in it since it was dirty. A few months later I made a pmt over the phone before the unit pmt was due. came out of my bank acct, ok... A few weeks later I got a letter in the mail saying I was late and needed to make a pmt before I got locked out. When I called they said their system didn't update properly n it took them a min to find my pmt. So I started paying cash n getting paper receipts. This past Nov i made my pmt got my receipt like normal. When I went back in Dec. It was a few days late but not enough for a lock out. Didn't matter i was locked out. No letter or nothing. I called n they couldn't find nov pmt n my stuff was scheduled to be auctioned. It was applied to a diff unit! they had me not paying on mine two months! They said they would unlock it that day since I clearly made my pmts. Went back a week or so later still locked out. Went back today still locked out! Absolutely terrible! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Holiday Park Storage - 1402 Gun Club Road include the following amenities: 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Security Camera, Parking and Multi-Level Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
