I rented a space online, because that is how you get the best deals, but when I went to see my space, I had to enter my code to get through the gate, to get in the building, and to activate the elevator. They do not have carts or dollies to assist. I knew this arrangement would not work, so I spoke with the property manager, a floater, Shana. She informed me that even though I paid for the space a day before, and never touched the seal, all transactions are final, and I could not get a refund. I realized I did want a space, but at a different location. Shana went above and beyond to help me transfer to another location. She even spoke with a regional manager, who helped make the transfer happen too. The 5 stars is for her, because I was not happy before that. The facility is clean, but it wasn't a fit for me. ... No stars the worst gates is stuck on the open position were the vehicle are stored, the restroom are locked during business if you have to use them you can't cause you can never find management or employees. Hi ,again the elevator not working for 5 days, as always, today I went to front desk office to tell them, than that person work there was rude and tray to accused for being moving in and out my stuff and that some people don't like that, come on dud stop making excuses. So the first encounter I had with the property manager. "Odyssey" was brutal from the beginning. Very rude. So I had an issue with a payment and I had fixed it and for some reason there was a lock on my unit for 3 days until after I fixed the payment and they were too lazy to take off the lock I had even called into customer service and told them I was going to remove it myself. So now about 2 weeks after I pay up until December and am told I owe a balance and to come out of my unit. So I dont know how thats possible but I believe I may be getting charged for the lock. Ok. Fine but the disrespectful attitude, the indirect comments, the unprofessionalism makes me wonder how they vet the people that work here. They act like slum lords. I would never. There was a lot of confusion about the space we were trying to rent at first when i was booking online, but the clerk at the front desk, Cynthia, got everything straightened out for us.
