This place is ridiculous to rent from. My daughter is in New Zealand and rented this stall yesterday with a gate code and a unit lock number and the lock does not work and nobody will help me because Alexis is in New Zealand and I can't contact her. she's a registered nurse Probably working and not have access to a phone. I have a full trailer and a truckload of stuff to be put in there. It's 20° outside and nobody will help me and give me the correct code. Update: I was promised this issue was escalated to owners and they would contact me. I waited for an hour in freezing temps and had to go home. Now 18 hours later and still no call or help. My truck and trailer are tied up and still waiting for help. ... Read more

The fees for this facility rose considerably every year with no enhancement of service. This is an industry practice among some called “existing customer rate increase.” Be prepared to be shocked once your “special rate” ends. I was, and the longer I was there the worse it got. To protect nasty surprises, be really wary of promotions, 28-day billing cycles, and check your mail! BTW, it’s not the office staff that does this, it’s the company that lurks behind them. ... Horrible company, raises your rent without contacting you. They claim to send out a notice via email that ends up in spam folders, even when I search my email for their name, the email doesn't show up. Raised the rent 30% for no reason. They're now charging $1/sf for a storage unit, those are residential rental prices, not storage unit prices. Corporate giants not caring at all. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Storage Sense - 260 Ziegler Road include the following amenities: Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Unstaffed Location, Credit Cards Accepted, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
