Update** lowered my review to 2 stars because my rent went up another $10 (now $20 more than when I started a year ago). Also they still haven’t fixed the entrance from the street (please at least do this and it will justify the cost increase) My rent just went up $10 and I have only been there for 2 months. That worries me and I feel I’ll have more rent raises in the near future that means. Also they need to fix the entrance from the street. I have scraped the bottom of my van several times. Besides those 2 things, it is a good storage unit, I just can’t believe they raised my rent already. ... Read more

The customer service I received was absolutely phenomenal. I set a space up else where last night and had gotten no customer service at all from them. Called iStorage while in my truck with my belongings to set a locker up with them. By the time I got there, it was ready to go within 15 minutes and I was able to start unloading. To top it off, their unit was far cheaper than where I was going in the first place. Even after I get my stuff out of storage, I’ll be going back to iStorage for any storage need! ... Read more

First, I am in the "Customer Service Industry". My experience at your Oregon Pike, Ephrata with Diane was a "10". Diane took her time, we walked to a storage unit ( I did not rent until the next day ) in our snow boats and winter coats. This type of customer service is long gone and I appreciated it & Diane. I had many different storage places to choose from. I chose you and am very happy I did. Thank you Diane and I appreciate you! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at iStorage - 4353 Oregon Pike include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 40 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by iStorage - 4353 Oregon Pike start from $51 and can go up to $297 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
