Read some helpful reviews of Storage Sense at 1910 West Trindle Road, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

I called and spoke with a nice lady. We were in a pinch of needing a place to store our car for a few days. This lady was very helpful and very pleasant. I feel she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything .. ... Read more

I really hate having to share this, but if I could give no stars I absolutely would. I got a unit in June 2025 and right away it was a disaster. Somehow online I was charged for 2 units. I'm tech savvy, and have no idea how that happened. It took several phone calls to find out if they will be refunding me that portion or applying as a credit. They just went ahead and applied it as a credit, but it took WEEKS of calling to figure that out. Later they informed everyone of a price increase. Luckily I was at the point that I no longer need a storage unit so when I went back after some time I found an abundance of mice droppings and urine on my things. I called to inform them of my findings and that I'm cancelling the rent. When I got back to my workplace with my things... That's when I discovered how bad it was and even a DEAD MOUSE attached to a bag! I was informed while making the complaint that the new owners are still trying to fix things on the property including pest control. If that was something that was an issue, they should have informed tenants so we can take whatever measures to make sure our things are protected. I'm new to storage units and never knew or thought that could be an issue. I know this was long, but the communication and trying to get anyone from this actual location is next to impossible. You're always always bounced to the call center, and waiting to hear back. I do not recommend this location. Especially anytime soon.... Maybe once they have a grasp on everything, but please avoid for awhile. **Update 3/11/25** Sent an email on the day I posted the review as stated in their response...Never heard anything. ... Choose Storage Sense!!! It was very easy to get the storage unit. The price was the best around! And it is very secure to store your belongings - gated w/keypad. I only needed to utilize Storage Sense for a few months until I moved into a more spacious home but well worth it! They are very personable in the office…when I closed out my unit it was a smooth transaction and the staff was helpful and kind. ***TWO ???????? ... Read more

My experience was great. Very kind manager who got me the perfect size storage unit when we were on a very short notice for one. The manager didn’t hesitate to help out at all. The application process was easy. We were even offered their monthly deal for the first two months which was a nice bonus. Highly recommend and will use in the future for all storage needs. ... Available units, small to large, boxes, locks, service and more. This place is in a great location, good staff, and fair prices. There units are pretty good against the weather but Carlisle had a flood the other day and my unit saw some wet floors. Compared to the weather outside, the unit did pretty good. Plus, it was not a "climate controlled" unit anyway. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Storage Sense - 1910 West Trindle Road include the following amenities: 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 400 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Storage Sense - 1910 West Trindle Road start from $42 and can go up to $210 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
