We have parked our RV here for five years. Few issues other than the constant increases in rent (about every 2-3 months) and lack of 24-hour access. Yet, they offer spots like ours online for $25-$30 cheaper than what we pay. Not sure what we have to do to get that rate! Once new company took over it is nearly impossible to get a "live" person on the phone. The place is clean and well-maintained, but constant increases in rent has us investigating other storage options. We started at like $60 a month and now it just went up to $94 starting September 1. ... Read more

I would not recommend this company-I pay for my unit a few months at a time so I don’t have to keep worrying about it -The previous owners were gracious and just nicely reminded me my rent was due again. Recently ,I was partially paid for the month of June -I(as in 1/2 the rent was paid) I was locked out of my unit at the beginning of the month and charged a late fee. The call center person was very professional and was courteous on the phone when he took my payment (for the next two months) However-he was unable to remove the late charge and told me he would escalate my complaint .I never received a return call. In conclusion, This company has higher rates, charges late fees, locks units that have been paid for,. In conclusion, this company does not care about its customers. I would not recommend. ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Storage Sense - 112 Hillvue Drive include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Unstaffed Location, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
