Read some helpful reviews of Northwest Self Storage at 3925 SW 25th Place, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

The staff is very helpful, and kind. Anytime I go into the office I look forward to seeing Mario and/or Cory. Always friendly and smiles. I also observed that they keep a watchful eye on the individual storages which gives me peace of mind. Thank you guys you rate an A+ ... Read more

I rented a unit from Northwest Self Storage for about a year. The unit was very secure and the grounds are well maintained. I never saw so much as a cigarette butt on the ground.. The office personal was always a pleasure to interact with, polite, direct, helpful and transparent, for example the man made it very clear up front the rate is for a whole month, and do not prorate any part of the final month.I I moved out my 12th month, just before a rate increase took effect. It's been my experience annual rate hikes go with renting storage space long term. ... Read more

Update: While Mario is still amazing, and awesome, I had to edit my review because 3 months in, I now received a notice of a 104.41% increase in the storage rent. That is just insane to me. I think people should be warned upon moving in, that in 3 months, their rent will increase 104.41%. I can see a rent increase (a reasonable one), in 6 months or a year, but not 3 months later, and for 104.41% increase. Ask questions is all I have to say. Mario, you are still awesome, but this is a gigantic shock, and had I known, I would of probably shopped elsewhere. ******************************* Mario is absolutely AMAZING! I highly recommend this storage place. It's clean, secure and Mario is extremely knowledgeable and efficient! Their prices CANNOT be beat either! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you Mario! ... While I haven't had any security problems or other things related to the safety of my mother in law's belongings, I do find it frustrating they continue to raise their rates. We moved things in there in 2/2024 and it has already been raised twice (granted, not a huge amount but it all adds up). I called around to other facilities nearby and they indicated they have not raised their rates in sometimes 7 years! ... Read more

This Northwest Self Storage in Redmond, OR is a top notch facility. We have utilized a number of storage facilities through the years and few have even come close. The customer service, accessibility, security, and site maintenance are top tier and I highly doubt you could find a better place to store your valuables at very competitive pricing. ... Read more

The staff is exceptionally helpful. I moved into two units over the course of my monthlong move and I could not have been more grateful for their assistance every step of the way. Their attention to detail and security is outstanding!! ... Read more

Be prepared for steep rate hikes after your first year. While I enjoyed my experience renting here I was disappointed in the greed they showed once I was locked in. When I tried to cancel I was told they do not prorate if you move out early and that you are responsible for the full amount. They're nice people but the business practices are not customer centric. ... Read more

5 stars. The two fellas helped talk me down after I demanded a 12x12. They politely let me know that they don't have anything that size but were willing to accommodate me with other sized units. All and all I am a happy customer. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Northwest Self Storage - 3925 SW 25th Place include the following amenities: Indoor, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 600 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Northwest Self Storage - 3925 SW 25th Place start from $76 and can go up to $791 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
