Great storage facility with really good prices. I called to update some paperwork and Cherry at KO Storage picked up right away, answered all my questions, and had a great attitude. Good company with even better people. ... Read more

I have a storage unit on N Birch ave Broken Arrow the last 3 months the security gate has not worked. I was told they close it remotely at night and open in the morning. I was told a month ago they were waiting on the part to fix the gate and I went back last Thursday night and it is still not fixed. I received a call from the manager in December letting me know my entire lock and clasp had been removed along with another unit. I did not at the time find anything missing and was told they had a security camera they were reviewing and would let me know as soon as it was reviewed to verify if they saw anyone removing items. I have since written an email and called today to see about reimbursement for my lock and a discount on the unit since they have not provided a secure unit with 24 hour security gate as promised in the contract. I was told they cannot help. Just letting everyone know if they want a secure unit look else where. From my experience this is not secure but they are charging the price of a secure unit. ... Code for the gate never worked always had to call them to open it! Called them one time and didn’t get a call back for 6 hours. Called the last time the gate would work told me I had to wait till Monday! What do we pay for if we can’t get in? And they raised the rent after the first month ... Read more

I have been with KO for exactly 13 days and it is already the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They bought out the facility I was happily using and sent a digital contract for signature. The link expired before one week had passed. Since then, I have called and left messages and requested call back in queue, emailed, and initiated a website inquiry in effort to reach anyone at all, never receiving a response. The payment by phone option does not work and sends you in a continuous loop. Can’t access account online: first it says create account. Enter info and it says you already gave an account. Try to use forgot password, we don’t have an account with that name. The into email stated late fees would be waived for the first 30 days to ensure a smooth transition. (First clue they may not be easy to contact.) Have tried multiple times during the last 3 business days with no response. Today, I receive an email that a late fee is now applied! I have now sent a email notice of my intent to vacate. Please consider this my notice to vacate as I can not seem to reach you any other way. Absolutely the worst company to do business with!!! I wish I could rate them a ZERO! ... Read more

I used Near Me storage for 5 months this year and the start and end process has been the easiest I have ever experienced. I had 24 hour access to my things and it was quiet and well lit. Even though it was back behind businesses I still felt safe every time I was there. Very clean facility, check it out! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at KO Storage - 1200 North Birch Avenue include the following amenities: Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by KO Storage - 1200 North Birch Avenue start from $39 and can go up to $179 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
