Read some helpful reviews of Vault Self Storage at 34500 Mills Road, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Had a unit there for about two years and it was everything I need. Secure 24 hour access, clean facility and nothing strange going on. There is never anybody on site but the customer service on the phone and online was good. Had an issue but they were happy to work with me to resolve it. I would definitely recommend and store my things here again! ... Read more

The Vault owners have been so easy and accommodating, anytime we called with a question someone answered immediately and gave us an answer (even on weekends). The unit we rented was climate controlled and immaculate, much nicer than any storage units we have used in the past. Would highly recommend The Vault! ... Read more

I rented this storage for about 9 months and it was a wonderful experience. I love the fact that you put in your code and the gate goes up it was a very easy process. The place is basically brand new so pulling in and driving in there is nice a smooth. We had a 10x30 and the price was incredible compared to other places in the area it was $100 cheaper. We lived in downtown cleveland and no other place could even compete with Vault Storage on pricing and cleanliness. It has a bathroom that is very clean and I used it the whole time I went there I even had to look up the bathroom spray that was in there and bought my own bottle for my home because it smelled so good. This place you can visit 24 hours 7 days a week which was awesome. Vinny is very helpful and responds right away, I will never forget this place and the great experience we had! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Vault Self Storage - 34500 Mills Road include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
