I had my lock cut off after 45 days due to past due payment . It was a lock that was issued to me with a code. I paid bill I was able to enter my unit. Once i went back a week last my lock was off my unit and i opened it to things misplaced and missing items. I finically got someone on the phone after calling serval times and standing at office door that has an open sign on all the time with no one never present. They had the guy call me back and I explained what was going on he had an attitude while I’m asking him about can he view cameras to see what happened. He told me someone put my lock in the box I’m telling him it wasn’t me can I speak to a supervisor and view cameras. This was a week ago he said they will be back with me and no call returned . Poor communication skills lack of care. This is by far the worst place to rent from be low zero if I could put it ... Read more

After a quick call with the call center, Melissa fixed that with no issue. Very impressed with the customer service Melissa provided, and her clear instructions on what to expect when I arrive at the facility. Thank you! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Go Store It - 5135 Market Street include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Kiosk Available, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Go Store It - 5135 Market Street start from $30 and can go up to $116 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
