I haven’t been there a full month , but I been able to access my unit one time. I’ve been trynna get into the gate multiple times and haven’t been working. Made plenty of calls no one picked up until today. Once I got on the phone with Nytael she told me I had to add star to the end is why it’s not working. The office is always closed before six pm can never have someone actually help you access it right. And no supervisor available until Monday. If they going to be closing early every day change the hours. Not fair AT all. I have four different codes I’ve been given and once I go all the way back out there the code 9 times out of 10 will not work ?? ... Read more

To be honest, for the price as of 3/24 it wasn't bad(140), SINCE last year! The price has increased TWICE mabe 3 times!!. We were just notified that it's increasing $100 more! Now ITS DOUBLE(300 10×20)... the units suck for that price, they aren't fully sealed pollen is ALLLL OVER OUR STUFF, water seeps in from the cracks, we've found critters in out unit because it's not sealed (mostly frogs). There's a HUGE lip from the pavement to the floor on the unit, out bikes scrape if we don't enter the unit in one spot. You can BARELY squeeze 2 vehicles past eachother in the narrow lanes. I'd be ok with paying 140 for the rundown place not $300. In addition when we first moved in our door was broken and had been rigged RATHER THAN FIXED for a temporary fix it took weeks to schedule to have it fixed. Only my S/o was able to access it for weeks bc I couldnt reach the top of the door to open it bc it was broken. Also the pavement sucks there's holes everywhere, the place has a river and huge puddles everywhere. POORLY MAINTAINED FOR THE NEW PRICES. For $300 a month. Insane. ... Read more

Nothing is going to ever get done to fix these pot hole issues until someone gets hurt. They keep raising the rent but won’t fix these concerns. I just happen to be leaving one night after I put my motorcycle up, and another motorcycle was coming in and it was dark and he hit that pot hole at the entrance and almost dropped his motorcycle. Not sure why management won’t fix these areas. The sun grade under the cracked asphalt is gone so that 20x40 foot section needs to be milked and repaved. But they just want to keep raising your rent. I am paying for an expectation, and I am not getting it. I have to maneuver around these lot jokes everyday time I come in and out of this place. Again it will take someone getting hurt or a damaged vehicle before they will fix it, and believe me that will cost more. ... Read more

We have stored our RV for 8 months now. We check on it periodically. After checking this last time we saw that our batteries have been stolen. The incident was reported to the police and a report was filed. The storage facility is not taking any responsibility. We have to submit to our own insurance company which does not meet the deductible. Speaking to several employees of the company, (which were very rude) over the phone, offered no help. When we asked to see the report, they did not even have the right site number or report. The company seems very nice until something goes wrong, then they want nothing to do with you. They just want your money. Very disappointed in this facility. ... Read more

Please be aware of any insurance that you purchase with your storage unit.. I walked in my unit one day to find soaking wet insulation in my face. My unit wasn’t the only with damage. The storage facility and the insurance company are both owned by the same person, so a claim being approved is doubtful. “We don’t pay for water damage” Maybe it’s my fault for buying the insurance. Update - It’s now 03/16/24 and no one has contacted me. I have added more pictures of clothes that were molded and damaged, which I didn’t even bother sending or included in the claim I filed. I have sent emails regarding the status and update only to have my emails returned to me as undeliverable. Make sure you understand the insurance offered. Don’t be fooled by the politeness of the employee’s. If I had read the insurance or lack thereof that I paid for monthly I wouldn’t feel like I was totally scammed… The insurance they offer doesn’t cover anything. Please read my letter of determination at the end. Never trust people. If you have items of value I recommend you move them elsewhere ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Go Store It - 3311 Enterprise Drive include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 600 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Go Store It - 3311 Enterprise Drive start from $26 and can go up to $223 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
