Read some helpful reviews of 10 Federal Self Storage at 12004 Trinity Road, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Multiple robberies across locations and not willing to work with local police. Negligence in the 24/7 security as advertised of the units (cameras are always supposedly broken when the police are asking for footage), cleanliness is not as advertised- things are covered in rat feces and urine. My son’s unit and another family member was robbed and nearly everything is gone including personal identity information. NO ONE from the facility is able to be contacted and after 3 messages in the same day- still no call back- even to the police! ... Read more

DO NOT RENT HERE. My unit was broken into and locked back up by their “maintenance” guy. Came in to find a new lock and a burglarized unit. Contacted Randolph County Sheriff’s Dept. They did an “investigation”, but couldn’t come to any conclusions because the cameras inside DON’T WORK. Insurance claim was denied. Contact me for videos and details, or call the sheriff’s department and just ask how many break-ins have happened there…RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK ... Read more

This is one of the best storage facilities I have ever done business with they're compassionate and truly appreciate your business and they show it through their customer service associates . I would like to see them offer cart's to help customers get their stuff from the outside to the inside it would be easier if you could back right up to the unit however the friendliness and efficiency of the live associates out weighs any inconvenience thank you very much for exceeding my expectations and going above and beyond to not make your customers feel like a part of the family! Not to mention the rates are reasonable as well. ... Read more

Great C/S, met the site manager a couple of times, professional and courteous. Recognized the Marine tag. I would recommend your place to new customers. Keep up the great C/S, that includes your online staff. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at 10 Federal Self Storage - 12004 Trinity Road include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Unstaffed Location, Kiosk Available, Parking, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
