Have had 2 storage units there since 2021. Consolidated down to one unit and went back with a moving company to get my largest pieces and the unit had leaked very badly and ruined several of my pieces. I took pictures and sent via text to the company and 2 weeks later I still have no response. The moving company used a commercial broom to pile up the rat poop and I mean a foot tall pile! So much water in the unit that the movers put down blankets so I wouldn’t fall. I know it’s not normal for damage like I have. I asked the guys moving my things and they said it was the worst they have seen in his 17 years of moving people! I’ve asked for a return phone call, email or offer to fix things but not even a text, call or any communication from the company. I called again and left a message but no response. Please find a newer more secure place for your valuables. I’m not happy! ... Read more

I have currently 5 storage units with storage now.I have been getting charged for the 6th unit twice in a row and with extra late fee because when I got that storage unit and went to unload my truck it was already locked under someone else. Now I am here trying to contact a live person for at least 2 months sending messages calling day and night and sending emails.I have a proof of everything but so far no luck.I would suggest every new customer to please go rent somewhere else and pay extra $20-30 and make your self easy and keep your self out of all this tension and hassle and issues I am going through. Please try to keep your self renting out of this place.I will be going through BBB now because I don’t have any other choice. This place needs to be shut down ASAP. ... Tried to rent a 10x20 unit on 10/11 online. My payment was taken but when I went to sign the lease I got a 404 error and was not able to get any access to the facility. I called, left a message, sent an email and have had no returned communication. The money for the unit was charged to me and now I’m going to have to go to my credit card company and go through the hassle of reporting it as fraudulent. I can’t overstate how much of a massive inconvenience this was to me and my family during our move. My father tried to do the same thing at this facility and encountered the same issue. I will be reporting this business to the better business bureau. UPDATE 1/4/25: they have charged me every month since October. I only received a refund for October. At this point they owe me $324 for services that I never received. They have still not made contact with me to try to resolve the issue. I did report them to the better business bureau. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 333 Cloniger Drive include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, First Floor Access and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 200 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 333 Cloniger Drive start from $32 and can go up to $167 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
