Overpriced! All items stored in the two units I rented were covered in dust and dirt. Spider webs galore! Ever since Superior Storage bought Five Star Storage, my rates increased drastically. Every year my rates increased. In June 2025, I was charged $410 a month for a 10x10 and a 10x15. Although I had ongoing personal home insurance policy on both units, the manager would find a way to add insurance to my units saying I did not provide proof of insurance. ... Read more

A truly terrible experience. Superior storage will hike your rate up 35% and give no time to cancel the lease and move out before charging that extra 35% and failing to move out properly. Unprofessional, careless, greedy, and they don’t even have their dimensions correct on the website. ... Read more

I highly recommend this facility. Our storage unit wasn't quite ready at the time of move in. Rebecca quickly went above and beyond, offering us 2 units in the meantime. The units are well taken care of, and the surrounding area is nicely paved. The storage facility is fully gated, with a unique code provided per unit/renter. Rebecca is great to work with and is very responsive. We also have friends that rent 2 storage units there as well, that are happy with the units and excellent customer service they have received. ... Read more

Rebecca was very friendly and helpful. I live in Colorado, was in a bad accident, & got behind on my payments. She worked with me to get everything current, so I didn't lose my father's belongings. I would absolutely recommend! :) Thanks to Rebecca and the entire Team! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Superior Storage - 635 1 Forum Pkwy include the following amenities: Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Gate and Parking. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 200 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Superior Storage - 635 1 Forum Pkwy start from $27 and can go up to $79 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
