Nothing against them personally but they raised the prices a LOT when they took over (note the date of all the negative reviews—the new owners took over then) and all kinds of little fees are appearing now that I’m going to have to go get explanations about. Clearly a money making scheme bc the money sure ain’t going to make the place better. Looks somewhere else for that prices. I’m probably going to have to eventually. What a pain. ... Read more

These people are complete scumbags. I've asked multiple times for text reminders that they supposedly offer for billing. Every few months they shut them down to get late fess. The property is a complete and total dump they do no upkeep on. Do yourself a favor a use a different storage company ... Read more

My stepbrother and I went to the storage unit today and when we went there they had a red lock on our storage unit and we paid the bill in cash and everything. I have my mom and sisters ashes in that unit that i do not want to lose. We are going to call the office tomorrow to get this straightened out. I am furious right now. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at StorMark Self Storage - 549 Freedom Way include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 20 to 400 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by StorMark Self Storage - 549 Freedom Way start from $39 and can go up to $377 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
