I came to storage rentals of America so that they can take their insurance off and put mine on, Samantha the manager helped me and she was so knowledgeable, she knows exactly what she’s doing. Samantha also helped me when my key broke inside my lock and she came out after work hours, using a tool to break my old lock off . Overall, Samantha is a absolutely, wonderful manager. She saved the day for me. ... Read more

They charge $35 for late fee ?????? when it was securcare insurance was optional. Storage Rentals of America force you to get insurance even if your stuff is already insured. And the people that work in the new office on gum branch are extremely unprofessional. ... Read more

Was in a pickle relocating from another state. Had to store my whole home temporarily. Was able to get a unit no problems with no crazy sales pitch(big reason I choose SecurCare). Ended up needing a second unit. Drove right by a competitor and without hesitation leased another with SecurCare. ... Read more

While I didn't get the chance to use the storage facilities, I still had a very positive experience with this company. I reserved a unit a few weeks ahead of time while coordinating plans for moving, but plans changed at the last minute before I needed the unit. I was able to call the customer service line and cancel my reservation/get a refund easily. The gentleman I spoke with was friendly and helpful. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Storage Rentals of America - 135 Center Street include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 250 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Storage Rentals of America - 135 Center Street start from $48 and can go up to $344 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
