RATS!!! Slimy dirty little rats got into a friends storage unit and ate through the belongings . They will not compensate for the damages either. Do not leave your stuff in their units unless you want it to be devoured by RATS. Nasty. ... Read more

They couldn't be more pleasant if they tried. It is always a pleasure going into the office. The business I work at has been using them for years to store seasonal merchandise and they are always super nice. I personally wouldn't want to go any where else for my storage needs. ... Read more

Hidden gem in Jacksonville! Owners are very accommodating and friendly, and genuinely care about their establishment, and customers. The facility may not be as luxurious as the one next door, but the quality of care, and the prices are above and beyond that of the over priced competitors. If you're looking for a simple storage solution similar to that of your average garage or storage shed, this is the place to go! We were able to rent a fairly large unit, and pay about $60/month, giving us the ability to declutter our house, and have a long term solution to storing all our extra stuff without compromising our budget! Seriously worth it to avoid the unpleasantry of boxes and random clutter taking up all the extra living space in our home. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at A-Storage Inn - 106 North Marine Blvd include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate and Parking. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
