    I stored all of my household goods at Pinnacle Storage in Indian Trail for 13 months due to a military move, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.     My experience renting a trailer was an unpleasant one thanks to an unpleasant lady. I always thought that having interpersonal skills would be a prerequisite to getting a retail job, for obvious reasons. Dealing with the public was definitely NOT the unpleasant lady's strength. Her nonverbal communication was conveying an obvious annoyance and irritation for reasons unknown to me. As an insult to an injury, her product knowledge was subpar. Considering all of the above I regret stepping foot in that location. Ok, I took a 5-minute break and had time to reflect on my negative review, because I really hate leaving negative reviews. Obviously, I don't have better things to do at 5 AM on a Saturday morning - well, it still speaks volumes since I am willing to devote so much time and brain power to this rant. I realize that people have bad days, which might have been the case for the unpleasant lady. I believe that anybody deserves the benefit of doubt.
