It’s mytime renting with them. They haven’t let me down this far. I think this is the best trusted company in Greenville, NC. They try hard to earn your business. My storage was safe, very professional, and thoughtful assistance. Mr. Jim went above and beyond helping me get what coverage I needed for my stay. I appreciate you so much. I highly recommend this place for your storage needs! ... Read more

The site manager is professional and easy to talk with. A refreshing encounter in this business and otherwise hustle and bustle attitudes usually found in today's businesses. I haven't had any problems with my storage unit or the area as a whole. Thanks for your service. ... Read more

Man , I don't even know , what to say , old man in the office looked out for me , when I didn't have no place to stay waiting on my apartment to get vacant, I had to actually live in my storage unit for six whole months , he didn't say a word , until I got my apartment , I asked him how long he knew I was in there , he said ohhhh months and months , but Everytime I went back there it smelled like Fabuloso and I didn't see any cigarette butts . I'm still using it Right now been trying to get stuff out and go through it but soon , I'll be so glad when everything is gone . And it's clean , Thank You guys for the look out . ... Read more

So far I cannot complain. I appreciate the text messages regarding status of payment. However, I haven't visited my storage unit since the name of the company was changed. That's why I gave a 4 star rating. Thanks. ... Read more

It's a Decent storage facility, I have currently had my large unit for 6yrs and have had 3 rent increases and although I have the same size unit in Kinston for $30.00 a month cheaper I have kept this one so far out of convenience and haven't wanted to deal with moving everything. The biggest drawback with this storage facility is they don't offer discounts for loyal customers, or multiple units. There's a lack of night time lighting, security lights considering it has 24 hr access which is actually why I chose this facility and there's no electrical outlets available for you to use to use your own drop cords and lights to see inside your dark units. And there needs to be a lot more security cameras especially in the back of the facility and the back fencing and razor wires need repair. Would also be nice considering how much we pay in rent for some improvements on the landscaping and general appearance of the entire facility so it doesn't look like a prison camp. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Southeastern Storage - 1020 SW Greenville Blvd include the following amenities: Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Credit Cards Accepted and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Southeastern Storage - 1020 SW Greenville Blvd start from $55 and can go up to $154 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
