They do not have 24 hour access like they say they do on their website and on Google search. This is also the only storage unit I have ever had that locks your unit just 1 week past the due date and then when you pay your balance plus the late fee plus the 25 dollar lock fee they don't immediately remove the lock, no that took 4 more days after I paid in full and then they didn't restore my gate code so I'm paid in full but I still can't access my unit. This is just crazy, Bonkers. Go anywhere else but here. ... Read more

I loved the one on one personal experience with Betty. She helped me from the beginning to the end of the transaction. I love the fact that I can actually speak with a person and not and automated system or someone that is not familiar with the area. In visiting my storage location, there was always cleanliness and the climate control was spot on. I highly recommend others to use Self St9rage Brothers. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Self Storage Brothers - 100 Staton Road include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Unstaffed Location, Parking, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 400 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Self Storage Brothers - 100 Staton Road start from $80 and can go up to $289 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
