Read some helpful reviews of Go Store It at 3600 South Memorial Drive, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

I had a great experience at Go Store It in Winterville, NC. The customer service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and extremely helpful from start to finish. Tyrence took the time to answer all my questions, made the process easy, and ensured I found exactly what I needed. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and feels very secure. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage unit in the area. ... Read more

I have been storing my items here for almost 2yrs. We rent 2 of the largest units here, therefore we are paying a pretty hefty amount to do so. At first I didn't mind because the place was inside and air controlled. Recently I have seen mice dropping on my items, that's a complete NoNo!!! Not sure what is going on and why this establishment was not proactive with pest control. I purchased my own mice traps. For as much as they charge, mice, bugs, or roaches shouldn't be an issue. I am hoping that they take control of the situation before it get out of control! Otherwise this place is okay and always clean, but I can not wait to move my stuff out especially now with the mice running around and possibly getting into my belongings. ... Read more

We have been renting 2 units for 1yr or more at the price of a 1 bedroom apartment. Our experience with storing our belongings there have been pleasant, EXPENSIVE but pleasant. We do not mind paying for quality and Go Store It was considered quality because its units are located on the inside and its usually clean. Recently....as recent as 1/14/2026 we have found mice droppings on top of our items. That's a No No for me! This was bought to the attention of the site manager. The manager stated that an extermination would be done on the 19th of January. My concern is when was the last time an extermination was done? And how does this company even get to the point where mice, rats ...whatever to enter the facility? They should have been proactive. Hopefully this problem will be corrected soon, but as for NOW, We will be purchasing our own mice traps for our 2 units. Other than this recent issue, and the expensive price, I would recommend Go Store it . Hopefully they will combat the mice issue before it get out of control. I am speaking of the facility on Memorial Drive Greenville NC. ... Read more

The rent for my storage locker has increased greatly in the last three years. This month my rent increased by $56 per month from $115 to $171. They also charge an additional $15 for their protection fee bringing my total leasing fee to $186. Although my storage unit is in a nice indoor climate controlled facility, it is very expensive. I believe I have one of their 10×10 lockers. ... Read more

Initially, this place seemed pretty good. I was moving out of my apartment at the end of my junior year of college and didn’t want to take all my stuff back to Raleigh just to take it back a couple months later. This place was pretty affordable and close to where I was living at the time, it was climate controlled, and seemed like a good option. I got a 5x5 and was paying $79/month. After 3 months I got an email saying the rent was getting increased to $149 a month which is absurd for how small the space was. When I went to get all my stuff to move into my current apartment, there was mold on my wooden dresser and the lid of my trash can, which was also wood which hints at there being no climate control. There was mouse poop and pee all in my open containers with toiletries, kitchen supplies, shelves, and clothes. And all my blankets, pillows, and clothes I had smelled musty. I would not recommend this place. ... Read more

I am not rating the storage facility as I have had a problem BUT I am giving Lindsay with customer service a 10. She was absolutely professional, kind, thorough and the best person I have spoken to in the past year. I have made multiple calls the past few months for legal reasons and no one has come close to Lindsay's professionalism. She is the best! ... Read more

BEWARE OF INCREASE AFTER 3 MONTHS!! I originally gave a 5 star review since our move in (Rep at check in was EXCELLENT) and condition of of the facility was superb. I must now change this to the extreme other side. In September 2024 we moved into a clean, climate control 10x10 space for $114/month in Greenville NC. The friendly rep at check in even gave us a free lock! We knew it was a month to month lease and figured in a year or so they might raise it. I got a letter after I paid the 3rd month's rent to increase by 50%! So our unit that was $114 went to $171! I called and got a VERY rude rep over the phone who told me that was a "promotional rate" (which I was NEVER TOLD during check in). She proceeded to tell me that I have a month to month lease and if i don't like it, I can "vacate". Vacate we did a few days later. What a HORRIBLE experience. Please beware.... ... Read more

I’m moving to Greenville and needed storage so I called Go Store It and talked to Danielle who was awesome! She’s very knowledgeable and friendly and found me a storage unit in my budget and did everything over the phone! In todays world customer service is not what it used to be but Danielle is thee exception to the rule, so thanks! And to her boss- as customers are always right, please give her a raise for she definitely deserves it!! EDIT- I just moved in and had the pleasure of dealing with T. He is thee most friendliest, professional employee I have ever met. He has such an great attitude and answered all my questions and I look forward to dealing with him if I have any issues. This facility is clean and organized, has MULTIPLE ways of entering the building with the doors being able to be opened big enough to fit a car through, large carts to move your belongings and wide enough halls to accommodate your larger pieces of furniture. I moved here in an Old Dominion trailer and was able to have it parked on the side nearest to my unit and they had no problem with it as there was enough space for it and others to access their units. ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Go Store It - 3600 South Memorial Drive include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Security Camera, Parking and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Go Store It - 3600 South Memorial Drive start from $68 and can go up to $322 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
