This was one of the most amazing experiences I had at a public Storage! STEPHANIE gave such great thorough service I wish there was an option to give 50 stars cause STEPHANIE Deserves it. She explained everything to me even when I kept asking different questions that she had kinda already answered she was vey patient !! We move in our storage this weekend and hopefully Miss STEPHANIE is there so we can thank her in Person!! She is just the best! I’ve had other experiences and they made us feel like we were wasting their time , but honestly just a STEPHANIE was the exact opposite. She made us feel so welcome and was very patient!! I have no beef with the staff, my problem is the outrageous cost of storage over which they have no control. My 88 yo mom had a R hemiplegic stroke 4 years ago and rather than let all her possessions go, we packed up her apt and stashed everything in storage hoping this would serve to encourage her in the recovery process. In the interim, the monthly rent has increased a few times over for our 5X10 locker. What began as a monthly rate of under $100 is now due to increase to $200 in a couple months. This, of course, is no reflection on the staff with whom i've had no interface since the day we moved our things in. ... Read more

I want to express how appreciative and grateful I am for this Public Storage facility on accommodating our company with the 3 units as we move into our new warehouse. Tiffiany worked with us the whole time with us starting out with two units then needing a 3rd unit she worked with us very professionally and respectful and her fellow staff member Sharyn gave great customer service. The complex was very well maintained and cleaned. Again thank you very much. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 2424 Holloway Street include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 250 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 2424 Holloway Street start from $36 and can go up to $335 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
