Read some helpful reviews of Eagle Storage at 900 Highway 42 West, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Good people that work here. They take care of you and have very fair prices. Unlike security self storage that raises prices without telling you and lie to you. Eagle storage is up front and honest. If I ever need a storage unit I'll ask them first. Ty eagle storage!!! 10* rating from me. ... Read more

The person who answers the phone is racist towards Latinos. She promised to call me and to this day she has not called me on the phone. She asks for many requirements and when you go to the online page she does not ask for anything of what she asked me. I repeat, she is a racist person towards Latinos. ... Read more

I've gone through a lot of financial hardships the past two years and Jennifer has been so amazing trying to make sure my stuff doesn't get sold at auction when im 2 months behind. She's always worked with me. Unfortunately they have tightened up their policies so now if im over a month late I'll be in trouble and my stuff WILL GO. I guess it's fair, but some people just need a little help. Why take their belongings? Otherwise I have no complaints. ... Read more

Decided to move when we found and killed 4 black widows in our unit. We also found water (it only got on sealed plastic bins we had) and mouse / rat droppings in the unit. When we wanted to cancel the unit we were reminded we had to give a 10 day notice and they don't pro rate it so remember that if you rent here. I'm now paying for another 30 days I don't need. Finally check prices, we found a larger unit for $80 cheaper per month. ... Read more

I wish I didn't have to rate this place a one star it would be 0. I don't like writing reviews, but I need to warn others. We put our stuff here until we found a home on the market for our family. In our last home we didn't have no roaches. My family helped us move last week we found nothing, but nasty roaches. I talked to Barbara who apologize and said she had her stuff here before and had roaches too in her home after she move her things from Eagle Storage. She explained I may not get my money back. I told her I would at least like to get reimbursed for an exterminator to my home once I have them come(which I have the receipt). She said she should have done the same thing when she had roaches from here and will talk to the owner and promise to get back to me. Six days later after no call back I called and she tells me there is a mattress of ours left there and how we don't know it came from there (basically saying our home) and she will continue to charge us until we move it. We do not want the mattress after roaches been all on it. This lady must forgot we had 2 units there and the other didn't have a mattress and still had roaches in that one too (Like our washer and dryer). Barbara and this company is wrong for promising their customers call backs and knowing their units are infested. Barbara admitted too she took roaches from this place, so she should know better and had an attitude when I was calm with her on the phone. Wrong is wrong and right is right. This has been the worst experience I have ever experience especially when you trying to unpack and you have to continue to shake your items outside and wash them so you won't bring more into your home. Take your things else where to Public Storage or some where else or you will be taking bugs to your new home too and get poor customer service from a storage place who is money hungry and nasty. ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Eagle Storage - 900 Highway 42 West include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 200 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Eagle Storage - 900 Highway 42 West start from $50 and can go up to $195 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
