Read some helpful reviews of Public Storage at 4025 East WT Harris Blvd, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

On Thursday I stood there from 1:20 to 3:30 and there was no one there. The office was closed and the phone wasn't answered. I tried calling until 6 pm but it was no use. I don't understand what kind of workers they are and what they get paid for - you'll lose all your customers like that. During my time there, 7 more cars arrived and they also couldn't get into the office to talk to an employee. They spat and left. One of them said that it's always like that here - the employees are out somewhere and are always absent from their workplaces. ... Read more

My experience at this location has been absolutely terrible. On March 8th I spoke with an employee and informed them that I no longer needed the storage unit. She told me that it took time for a refund to be approved and she would give me a call back once it was approved. She called me back on March 8th approximately 10 minutes after our initial call and informed me that the refund was approved. I would be charged approximately $18 because I was suppose to move in March 7( never picked up keys) and approx 120 would be refunded to me. I never received a refund so I contacted this location for an update but only got a voicemail. I finally was able to speak with the manager Crystal and she was less than helpful! I explained the situation and her response was the district manager said no based on the contract that was signed. I explained to her the employee informed me that the refund was approved so what happened? I have asked for a district manager to reach out to me and I’ve gotten absolutely nothing. Now I’m out of money and a storage all because their employee told me something that they’re now not wanting to acknowledge. Now I’m out of money and a storage! I would’ve kept the storage and figured out SOMETHING to put there instead of wasting my money. Public Storage does not have to worry about me ever renting there again. If you decide to rent there .. you better record your calls! UPDATE: I still have not heard anything and decided to call for an update. I was told per the notes that the district manager has refused to call me because I have already been advised. For a company I think that is so unprofessional for a manger to refuse to call and try to make a problem right. As a company, you need to train your employees correctly and these types of issues wouldn’t happen. I feel like I’m not going to let this go because of how I am being handled. So, if I have to figure out how to go above the district managers head that is what I’m going to do for the principal of it all. Your employee told me one thing and as a company you should acknowledge that to me and on the back end train your employee correctly. SMH ... Read more

Update: 3/29/25 I have been trying for 3 days to get access to my unit to take pictures of the damaged property(since the representative at the property lied about handling it) The property has put locks on my unit and failed to give me the keys! No one has been on site (I now understand how so many units were burglarized) and no one has returned my call! 3/27/25 DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE!!! My storage unit was burglarized and there has been NO communication from management, no phone call, no apology, no explanation on how facility that is supposed to be secure could have MULTIPLE units burglarized. I went to check my unit with a worker and she took pictures that were supposed to be uploaded to my account, only to be told by Crystal the next day "We don't take pictures" as if I imagined the encounter(Thank God I have audio recording of my encounter). Mind you, I was told the district manager Angie was supposed to be reviewing security footage and would give me a call (That has not happened). Not to mention they have the audacity to send an email that there will be a rate increase! If the security of your belongings matter THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO USE! ... Read more

I needed a quick storage space and was able to use “Public Storage”. I went in the first time and met a lady named Karen and discussed about units. Karen is very knowledgeable about renting spaces for size. I was back and forth trying to figure and also met there an office worker named Margie and she helped me to select which storage unit that would be easier for me to access since I am limited for walking. What a great help Margie was and still is as I had to extend my storage time. It’s nice dealing with a smiling person and not an autobot! Thank You Margie and Karen I will recommend your location to others! Kudos to two very out going personalities that are helpful and appreciated! Emma ???? ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 4025 East WT Harris Blvd include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 9 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 4025 East WT Harris Blvd start from $10 and can go up to $313 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
