Read some helpful reviews of Go Store It at 9805 Statesville Road, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Very disappointed with this storage facility. There is no onsite staff, limited security, and two break-in attempts on my unit. For the price they charge, the lack of security is unacceptable. Would not recommend. ... Read more

I’ve had a great experience so far with Go Store It. They emailed me all my info and clear instructions when I first signed up, made the process smooth and not hectic. The facility is clean and it’s easy to access my storage space. They had a better promotion and offered me a better monthly rate than their competitors in my area. I felt like I made a great choice! ?????? ... Read more

No problem with the facilities themselves. Safe and secure as far as I can tell. The problem is they raise the rent every year, which is understandable to a certain extent. But the amount that they’ve been increasing it too is unacceptable. First year there my unit was $300 monthly, second year went to $494, now coming up on my third year the price jumped to $779? So in 2 years my storage fees have gone up $479? Not sure how this is good business. ... Read more

This facility was okay when I first Moved in. The gate is constantly broken and the tenants get stuck inside. Then they decided after 7 months to increase my rate from $78 to $171 due to their “operating cost” that’s bullshit and in this economy people are already stressed enough about bills and being able to afford things. I do not recommended renting here due to the constant issues and lack of concern for customers. Oh and the kicker, nobody is onsite. ... Read more

I spoke with Danielle and I could feel her smile through the phone. I'd lost my access code and with in seconds she provided the code. She also may sure it worked before ending the call. Fast, smooth and no hassle. Danielle was amazing. She made my day with her smile over the phone. ... Read more

Had my storage here for 2 years and recently visited the main office Surprised to see that there is no one physically there but was greeted by a virtual set up. Even though I was skeptical of getting the help I needed, both Kevin and Danielle was able to solve my issues and answer all of my questions. They were courteous and hope to get them again if I have any more issues. ... Read more

I’ve been with Go Store it for 2 and half years now. Before things were great never had any issues with my belongings being secure until the new management arrived. Price went up on storage and now there is a screen instead of actual people. I loved it better when there were actual people there in the office. As of yesterday both of my locks were cut off of my unit. My children and my things were stolen and broken. I’m so heartbroken because I’m a single mother of 3 and I work so hard trying to give my children the best.Steve is the best very kind and understanding as we looked at my unit where thieves took my items. All I could do was cry because i feel so violated. There is only one camera at the door. If you’re going to take employees out at least be heavier on security. I’m so disappointed and I don’t even feel like the remainder of my items would be safe now. I have to get out of there asap. Like how is it that there is a code requirement to get in both gate and building but yet people are getting away with stealing. I pay ALOT of money a month only to have my items stolen and broken. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Go Store It - 9805 Statesville Road include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Multi-Level Storage, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Go Store It - 9805 Statesville Road start from $38 and can go up to $289 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
