At first everything was good. When I tried to move out, I could not get ahold of anyone by phone for 2 weeks. I even had my daughter try. I sent several messages through the contact us page under all the topics and only received 1 response. I couldn't cancel my automatic withdrawal through the portal. I was charged for a mo after I moved out even though I received a reply from the contact us page stating they moved me out on the 30th. There is no info on site about moving out. When I finally got ahold of the lady, I was denied her managers contact info. She stated she handles renting and issues but didn't know anything else. She didn't know anything about the portal or who or where the contact us page goes. She stated she would contact him and let me know, that she always answers the phone, that it hasn't been out of order and her guy stated there was a lock on the building on the 1st when there wasn't but the main guy showed I moved out on the 6th. I never received a call from anyone but she did give me her personal number. When I called to check on her bosses response, she then stated her guy noticed I moved out on the 4th but her boss would refund the mo. It took several days to get the 1 mo refunded. Never received a response on why I was overcharged the 1st mo. In the beginning I was never told there was a $5 admin fee and $12 ins tacked on to ea month, so I thought I was overcharged every month. Never received $50 for referring my son. Communication needs to be better and there should be a way to contact corporate if need be. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Storage Sense - 15 Fallen Spruce Drive include the following amenities: Drive-Up Access, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Unstaffed Location, Parking, Keyless Unit Access, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 50 to 210 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Storage Sense - 15 Fallen Spruce Drive start from $99 and can go up to $229 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
