People broke into my unit(aswell as 20 other units), and stole a few hundred dollars worth of my drone equipment. Their security was worthless. They did nothing to protect my stuff. The thieves were able to easily break open the door of my unit without even touching my lock. The thieves must have been there for hours to break into as many units as they did. Vigilante had no idea. Vigilante took no responsibility for the break in of course. They took no responsibility for their terrible security. So when your things get stolen expect to be on your own. ... Read more

This place is great and the people that work there very friendly and willing to help. Reasonable price for what I have. They gave me a convenient storage right inside the gate. The only thing is it’s not 24 hr access but works fine if you plan ahead. ... Read more

Called and asked if they could store my RV short term while I flew to an important business matter. Gentleman on the phone mentioned they are not doing RV storage currently. Mentioned they might want to update their current Google listing. He said they are going through a remodel and abruptly hung up on me. Terrible customer service! ... Read more

I was working out of town where I don’t have cell service and couldn’t contact them because they close at 5 pm. (I was working mandatory overtime and I wasn’t getting off before 5:30.) Monday through Friday. They don’t work weekends. They have a phone service but they can’t process payments and they wouldn’t contact the owners.. They cost me a thousand dollars because I had to rent hotel rooms rather than use my Rv that they locked me out of. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Vigilante Storage-Park N Fly - 4050 West Broadway Avenue include the following amenities: Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
