Read some helpful reviews of Public Storage at 1901 Revere Beach Pkwy, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

I was assaulted inside the storage facility, no staff around despite it being mid morning during the week, police were called. I have tried asking the manager to contact me and at this point I’ve waited MONTHS. Still no response. They raise LOCKED IN prices and change your rent due date and do not care about their customers. Go literally anywhere else. ... Read more

These people are deceiving. Customer service does not exist. Our bill doubled out of nowhere. Local admin can't help. The online chat agent basically hang up on us as he decided he is not going to find a solution. We were given number to call for the district manager who is impossible to reach. Run don't walk. They are definitely taking advantage of customers. ... Read more

Patrice, Bill and Kevin at this facility are friendly and helpful. I however cannot recommend Public Storage in general. I have had multiple units where they increase the rent after the first 3 months of the rental, and the increase has been 22%, 35%, 44% and once it was 64%! That is simply ridiculous as it clearly has nothing to do with the economy / inflation. They are just fleecing customers. Unless you are only storing things for 3 months, or maybe 6, or you're okay with egregious price increases, I would recommend finding another company. I don't enjoy writing such a review. I do hope it gets the company to change their practices. ... Read more

I do not recommend this storage facility. I was unable to access my unit several times because the elevator was not working. My unit was vacated by accident by the staff at one point. I had to call and wait on hold for a long time to figure out what had happened. I found the front doors broken several times. I felt like my belongings were not safe at this facility. Lastly, when I finally moved out on the 1st of the month. I was charged for a full month. I was never informed of this policy. They advertise that you can cancel anytime but then when you finally try to move out they make sure to charge you for a full month. I called the office and was told that there was nothing they could do about it. I have told all my friends and family not to use Public Storage. ... Read more

Bill was a pleasure working with today at Public Storage, he took the time out to show me everything the property had available. How to navigate the area. Above and beyond. It’s hard to find someone nowadays that genuinely cares about their job and gives great customer service 10/10 ... Read more

Exceptional Service and Great Rates! I was considering canceling my storage unit due to the high cost, but after visiting the office today, I am so glad I didn’t. Bill was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to help us find a new unit at a much better rate, and the size difference was minimal. Bill took the time to show us multiple options and made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. I’m truly grateful for his patience, professionalism, and willingness to help. Thank you, Bill, for turning a frustrating situation into such a positive experience. Highly recommend this location for their excellent customer service! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 1901 Revere Beach Pkwy include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 20 to 150 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 1901 Revere Beach Pkwy start from $48 and can go up to $312 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
