very professional atmosphere associates were very courteous and helpful. Storage units or 2 months free. What is the big help. Needs to be pressure washed as well as cleaned out. As far as spiders and spider webs are concerned, ... Read more

Update. Since this place was purchased I haven’t had any problems. The lights work now. I had to call for a new gate code and got to talk to a live person without being transferred or having to sell my soul to an automated system. This is my second time using this facility. Neither time did the reservation specify which lot the unit was in. I also had to call both times because the code given during confirmation didn’t work. Also the unit was dirty this time. ... I seen all the awful Red Dot reviews but since Storage Rentals of America took over the facility I thought I would try them. I have been pleasantly surprised. I have not experienced any of the things I read about from Red Dot customers. If you need a storage in this area and have not rented a storage from them since Storage Rentals of America took over the facility. I 100%, suggest your give them a try! ... Read more
Gray - 18 January 2025
They raised the fee twice in 9 months, it will be about 100 dollars by december 2023. It already is the most expensive storage of its kind in the United States. It is in an area where violent crime is close to number 1. ALSO, because of the class of people in the area, there are nails and screws dropped from the storage place all the way down the street. Everyday its like this. I called about it and they didn't care at all. Myself and the businesses right next to the units had 16 flat tires this year alone!!!! ... Read more

If I could give Red Dot Storage less than 1 star, I would. I would not recommend anyone to utilize this for storage of their personal items. I rented from them for 2 years, 2 years too many, and ended up having my unit broken into 3 times. Highly do not recommend. Like others have said, when doing my reports for break-ins, they get tons of calls for this property. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Storage Rentals of America - 600 Veterans Drive include the following amenities: Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Storage Rentals of America - 600 Veterans Drive start from $41 and can go up to $150 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
