    My experience with this specific Public Storage location was extremely disappointing, stressful, unpleasant and unacceptable due to the constant rude, unprofessional, and condescending behavior of the property manager. Throughout all of my interactions, I received no real assistance or accommodation as a customer despite multiple attempts to get help, and all requests for accommodations related to my financial hardship were consistently denied and never formally addressed properly. In addition to the ongoing issues and terrible experience, on December 31, while dealing with an unexpected lock that had been completely changed without notice, (and I was never given the new lock code; I had to literally call the Kirkwood highway location which is a different location for assistance) I was told nothing could be done to allow me proper time to access my goods in my unit . Once again, This lack of support, assistance, understanding and accommodation made an already stressful situation far worse. Additionally, I experienced ongoing unprofessionalism, overcharged fees, unannounced lock changes, and extreme difficulty reaching staff for assistance, which forced me to contact a different location by phone. The combination of unhelpful staff, lack of communication, lack of accommodation, lack of assistance, lack of access, unprofessional staff and failure to provide support made this extremely frustrating, stressful, traumatic and unacceptable experience as a customer.     Great just raised my rent again I'm paying double what I was paying when I first rented unit I can clearly see the same unit is going for $125.00 a month I'm being charged$219.00 a month plus $15 for insurance then if your late it $45 for a late fee and constant threats of property going to auction late fee for what? Sure I've been late a few times and have been a loyal costumer for a couple years and due to auction threats they know have struggled a few times so how do you reward costumer loyalty.........you got it raise the rent I think they want to make more money off you by selling your stuff plus they cut your locks off so you can't get access and that means no privacy there supposed to double lock it with my lock remaining and there lock next to it so why they cut my lock off is beyond me I guess so they can see what I have in there rummage through my ish not sure just Shady worst experience ever I can't breath easy knowing my belongings are safe I recommend go somewhere else avoid at all costs just my opinion an opinion only so please public storage don't try to sue me isn't being billionaire's enough you really need an extra $50 from me just to bring you back most can't afford when you have a budget read up on what that is or have someone read it to you while your wondering what the poor people are doing today ...     My daughter attends Univ Delaware and we chose this facility for it's location, ease of access and of course cost as the locker was only going to be used over the summer. The team welcomed us like we were old friends, they took care of our move in and gave us no problems or extra charges when we moved out. Highly recommend this facility.     Great service! The first person I spoke with when wanting to get a unit at this site was a young lady named, Nevaeh. She was kind and patient enough to answers all my questions and concerns over the phone and was able to secure a unit the same day without having to had been to the site yet. The next day I went to move my belongings in, she happened to be there and her energy was the same in person as over the phone which was amazing and again, she was patient enough to, then, answer my questions about possibly moving to a bigger unit and didn't mind giving me all the information needed including suggesting that I should wait on the upgrade, and so I did. Time passed and I still wanted a bigger space so my next encounter was with another young lady there named, Ru. She was straightforward and funny as we both exchanged laughs while she too patiently assisted me with all transferring and payment processing while still answering all my other side questions, as I do like to ask a lot questions, she just kept assuring me that her answering them was no problem and I could definitely feel that was true.
