Property is very well Kept up on. They have a variety of Unit Sizes. Small enough to throw a Golf cart in or large enough to put a Long bed Full size truck in. Also a Very convenient location for myself. I give this place 5 stars due to the cleanliness and Easy move in Process. If I were to critique anything it would be “Easier gate access” instead of a Code. Such as an Apple Wallet tap to get it or QR Code scan. Other than that Nice Job keeping the place up. ... Read more

Extremely disappointed with 10 Federal Storage. We rented a unit today and immediately ran into problems with the gate code not working. We had help lined up and ready to move, but no one could even get through the gate. I tried contacting customer service and was met with their AI system (“Taylor”), which was beyond frustrating and offered no real assistance. I requested a callback and was told someone would get back to me—but it’s been over 2 hours, and still nothing. This level of service is unacceptable. When people are paying for a storage unit, they expect to at least be able to access it. Instead, we’ve wasted our time, energy, and money with zero support. If this is how 10 Federal operates, I would strongly caution others to look elsewhere. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at 10 Federal Storage - 575 West Gunnison Avenue include the following amenities: 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Unstaffed Location, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by 10 Federal Storage - 575 West Gunnison Avenue start from $150 and can go up to $615 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
