Read some helpful reviews of 10 Federal Storage at 2793 Riverside Pkwy, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Have had my unit for less than a year. Have had multiple rate increases without advance notice. Can never speak to anyone on the phone. Have called multiple times and sat on hold as long as two hours (literally on my Bluetooth) and never got to speak to anyone. I found a nicer storage facility in town with an office on the property. I’m paying $40+ less a month for a climate control unit the same size as the one I had rented from 10 Federal Storage. As I was moving my stuff out today, I spoke to three other customer’s that were moving their belongings out of the storage facility because of the same issues. Do you research? The rates in the beginning may seem nice, but trust me when I say they will not stay that way, and you will get a rate increase without much notice, if any. I understand rates increase, and prices are growing up on everything, but if you’re gonna run a business, at least make yourselves available to answer the phone and try to address your customers needs and concerns. This company shows no customer support once they start getting your money ... Read more

This has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had in my lifetime what storage facilities. First off it started out great and seems to be clean but then I learned that they had one person that ran around like nine different storage facilities he was hardly ever there the gates were closed when they were supposed to people were hanging out at the units all hours of the night and when it came time to get into the facility when the gate was closed the the gate code didn't work. One evening I showed up to get into my storage unit it was about January 14th through maybe the 17th and the police were there because of a disturbance and they were trying to get into the facility and were not able to even get in themselves with the code that was provided buy Federal Storage. I had rented a sizable unit from them and had gone past due on that unit and because of chaos and turmoil in my own personal life I didn't have the ability to deal with those items at that time and so I rented another unit from the same facility using my same contact information nothing changed no Shady anything on my part I was up front about everything and they allowed me to rent the unit but cut off my access to my unit after I put my items in it and essentially held my items hostage because I hadn't paid on my first units that I rented from them so the last time that I was able to access my own unit was January 14th of 2026. When I tried a couple of days after that it would not allow me to get into my end of the gate. I called and spoke with somebody about the issue and even went on to their app and signed in and the app was telling me that I had to come current on everything I owed before they would allow me into my second unit I spoke with somebody and thought I had gotten it resolved and then rented another unit from federal and still have a bill for that unit and was never even given a gate access code and never able to put anything into that unit and they're still trying to charge me over so I just keep getting into a hole bigger and bigger because I went through a hard time and couldn't pay for my first units which they auctioned off my things and then the items that they held hostage from me were held hostage 2 weeks before my bill was even due. I have had several conversations with people at Federal Storage and the first thing they told me was basically that I was a liar and didn't speak with somebody about the issue and then when I pulled up the phone records and showed the date and time and length of the call they finally admitted that they could pull up the call but could not see what was said. I don't know where that would become the customer's problem I've been very upfront and clear with them from day one and they legitimately held my items valuables hostage from me because of a previous separate contract that I had with them ... Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at 10 Federal Storage - 2793 Riverside Pkwy include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 800 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by 10 Federal Storage - 2793 Riverside Pkwy start from $72 and can go up to $599 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
