Don’t do it don’t do it you will regret it just don’t do it. Yeah their prices and their specials look great upfront but wait until after you sign the contract, everything goes to blank. You WILL end up paying a whole lot more, won’t be able to reach customer service if there’s an emergency, when you’re 10 seconds late with a payment, they won’t leave you alone for a second. They won’t give me the price I reserved the unit at online because I am a customer in another state. so because I’m a good customer I’m supposed to pay more. the system allowed the reservation I spoke to three or four people. Nobody told me any of this until halfway into my 2 mile walk to get there. I’m telling you they are just the worst! I ended up next-door at extra space storage and they were awesome. They were more upfront about their prices which were more reasonable, much more friendly and they didn’t make any promises they immediately broke. I would pay twice the price someplace else farther away before I would go back to Public Storage for anything, ever. Pretend you’re a customer with an emergency and try to call customer service. Good luck. Unfortunately this was not a one time experience. It’s consistent. Across the country. ... Read more

I was in the process of moving and we unfortunately showed up a half hour before closing. Segan was working that day and was amazing and very understanding. She helped make sure we had all of our items in by closing helping with the doors and elevators also being readily available to help make sure we got out of the parking lot safely. Segan is a wonderful property manager and this storage facility is one of the safest in Denver. Highly recommend! ... Read more

I’m in the process of transitioning between living spaces and needed short term storage. I was recommended this spot and was not disappointed! Segen is absolutely amazing and made the process smooth and simple. She is professional, courteous, and we had a delightful convo as she helped me pick out my unit. The areas were clean and clear, and she gave me a fun fact about my unit having 100+ year old brick in it. It’s the little things :) If I need storage again, I’m going back to Segen!! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 2100 Blake Street include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 9 to 200 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 2100 Blake Street start from $29 and can go up to $231 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
