Un able to move in. Maintenance crews all over. They still have my unit locked out. They had the parking lot sealed. Person at front desk had no idea it was happening she said. I Got moved in the next day and it went fine. Cones left all over the parking lot had to play dodge cones that could have been moved to the side. I understand maintenance is needed but a message or notification is needed as a courtesy to customers. ... Read more

I've been at this location since before it turned into a Public Storage. My first complaint is the fact it is no longer 24 access since self security storage was bought out. My second complaint is: I went from paying 130 to paying what is now 240 for the same exact unit. I find it absolutely ridiculous. I've been here for years and my bill has only gone up. I plan on moving my stuff elsewhere. ... Read more

Francisco was the man! He juggled multiple customers effortlessly and efficiently. He got my unit situated quick and even worked with my picky unit preferences. He went above and beyond for all three of us separate customers today. Great experience. ... Read more

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I want to warn everyone to be aware of this storage business! Was getting out of storage because I found a different storage space and Went over one day and they charged for the entire month which ok it is what it is so I paid for another month and than they said I couldn’t use it for the month I just paid for! What a rip off! ... Read more

If I could give negative stars I would. The security here is very lax and the management does not care about your business or personal items. I had something happen to my unit and there was no documentation from any manager and when I called Mike the manager answered and was extremely rude and not helpful for this extremely frustrating situation. The fact that all my stuff might be stolen and I received no communication is out landish plus paying 250 a month for a 10x10 is absolutely ridiculous. I will warn everyone to never use this location!! ... Read more

I have nothing but good things to say about this public storage in particular. They're well kept ,there very secure, q Clean my unit anyway. Has never been broken into and I feel for the most part my stuff is safe and honestly the lady that works at the front desk most of the time Chantel has been nothing but helpful and gone above and beyond to make sure my experience has been above satisfactory. I don't know if her higher ups know this, but if they don't she definitely deserves to be noticed. She really goes above and beyond and I hope that they recognize this. ... Read more

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this Public Storage location! Every staff member has been kind and helpful whenever I had an issue. Moving units was a breeze! The manager Hanne is very kind and knows me by name! I locked myself out of my unit and Hanne made time to help and gave me advice on how to get it open! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 10601 East Iliff Avenue include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, First Floor Access, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 360 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 10601 East Iliff Avenue start from $26 and can go up to $207 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
