We have asked Maintenace 3 or 4 different times to come fix the master toilet and they come weeks later and put the same band aid on it every time even though I tell them it will not work after 24 hours of flushing. Also do not like how you cannot split the payments on the website anymore. If you want to split the payments, you have to call and that usually takes way too long, and you will get sent to multiple people.

Have asked 3 times for firstkey to come repair my toilet. It takes them a month for them to finally come and when they come, they do not fix it, just put a band aid to help it temporarily. Also, firstkey needs to figure out a better system for payments. The website will not let us split the amount of our rent. Nobody wants to pay the full amount but we have no other option. Have tried calling 'payments' to split the rent but stay on hold for 20+ minutes several times.

Living here is pretty good, great location and size of the house. The hall bathroom needs a major update though. needs a new shower tub, new toilet, new tile, and needs a ventilation fan. It could use an all around face lift.
