Policies & Rental Amount:
Small dogs (under 25 lbs) are permitted with prior written approval from the Lessor. A monthly pet fee of $30 and a one-time non-refundable fee of $200 apply per dog. Tenant must provide proof of renters insurance with an amendment covering pet liability prior to any dog being present on the premises. No smoking is allowed. Monthly rent is $2,095 with a security deposit of $2,095. First month's rent and security deposit are due at signing. An additional $375 per month covers all utilities including trash, water, electricity, lawn care, and high speed fiber internet. The first utility payment is due at signing. Total due at signing is $4,565. Proof of renters insurance with a minimum of $300,000 liability coverage is required on the first day of the lease.
