I’ve lived here for a while now, and while the area itself is decent and generally quiet, my experience renting through FirstKey has not been great. The biggest issue has been maintenance. Requests often take a long time to be addressed, and communication can be frustrating or unclear. There have been times where problems weren’t fully resolved, which adds to the stress of renting. That said, the neighborhood is in a good location and feels safe, which is a positive. However, reliable and timely maintenance is really important, and that has been lacking in my experience. I would recommend the area itself, but I would caution others about the property management and encourage them to consider that before renting.
