3717 Oak Leaf Way Ste C

My husband and I have lived here for almost a year, and while we enjoy where we stay there are a lot of things the landlord could do differently. Routine checks on trash, beautification of the property, and better communication of things that take place such as construction could be better. Additionally, I tried to get my dishwasher fixed as it was an issue upon moving in (which my husband and I believe was not noted by the previous tenants) and was told I would have to pay an additional fee of $150 - $250 for assessment of the problem. Since we are tenants and are leasing we do not feel this is our responsibility to pay and have yet to get the dishwasher fixed which is leaking water as you try to start a cycle. My other issue I have is routine inspection of the exterior of the property. There are no flowers and barely and lighting at night time as you turn into the property, making it difficult to see in inclement weather as well. There is also a vast amount of cars parked where they should not be (e.g., on the grass besides the townhome units or by the mailbox or in extra parking for visitors) along with a constant amount of dog owners NOT cleaning up behind their pets as you walk to the mailbox. I hope to see some of these things changed as it would be a great benefit to all tenants living on Oak Leaf Way.
