Rental Duration & Availability
Term: Minimum 6-month lease (standard for mid-term/corporate housing), or 12-month lease. Security Deposit: $3000 required at signing (fully refundable minus any damages beyond normal wear and tear). Furnishings: The property is leased fully furnished. An inventory move-in/move-out checklist will be provided and signed by both parties.
