Here we have a comfortable house located at 114 Hilary Place, Cary NC 27513! We have one bedroom available at just $750 and it's fully furnished. Short-term lease available starting May 10th! We recently got this split-level house in Cary's super quiet and safe neighborhood, and it is a very convenient location! You've got several 4.5? rated restaurants + Food Lion within a 10-minute walk, as well as Lidl, Walmart, ALDI, and Harris Teeter all within 5 minutes by car. It's also super close to the RTP corporate area- my girlfriend works in RTP and it's usually just a 15-minute drive. Only 12 minutes from NC State too Once we got the house, we did a major renovation and had contractors split it into two separate units upstairs and downstairs, so we don't bother each other. My girlfriend and I live downstairs with our own kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom, and storage room. We won't be coming upstairs or sharing any common spaces. The upstairs is the tenant's living area, which includes: a large deck, living room, kitchen, dining room + 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom and one other bedroom are already rented out. The room we're renting out now is the third bedroom for $750, and you'll need to share a bathroom. We've furnished the common areas with everything you need: a comfortable egg chair, a 60-inch TV, and brand new IKEA dining table and chairs. Your room is all set up too: bed + desk and chair. Your two roommates are young professionals, no pets, and they're super quiet and easygoing. We sometimes cook together and share food, and we get along really well. They both travel for work a lot, so they're not always around. The house also has a large fenced backyard - perfect if you have pets! It's pet-friendly, but we'd need to do a meet & greet first. We want to make sure all tenants have a comfortable living space, and that our furry friends don't bother anyone else. The price is $750 + utilities.
