The location is the best part about the home. The home is in good condition. You do not get good & timely communication, you do not get understanding for simple HOA or personal needs. The requirements for pets is invasive, you should not have to divulge your personal & extremely private information to be allowed a pet in a home. The fact that none of the properties allow or have fences is crazy these days, especially since they are in residential areas. The HOA like everywhere is a very big pain in the butt! Unreasonable & again get no timely responses. But the home is nice & it was needed for a short time. But I will be so happy to finally be away from renting for 3 years it is the absolute worst thing in life!!!

The start up process was not the best start. However, most of the staff was helpful & friendly. The home was not move in ready, was not professionally cleaned, & does not come with a fence. The Maintenance crew was not helpful & we ended up fixing stuff ourselves. The rent & utilities are high like everything these days. The LOCATION & the NEIGHBORHOOD is AMAZING, we love it here. So you take the good with the bad.

The entire experience with this company has been poor since the first attempt at renting. Not that it is any different with any other big rental companies. They charge way too much, they have poor, poor, poor follow through with their properties. They were not ready for move in, the home was not clean, the home had several & still has several broken issues. That a repair man said we would need to replace, after having just moved into the home. I will be glad to get back to owning a home in a year, because the service and quality of rental properties is negative these days. I would not recommend this company or a few others, I would list them here but I think that would be too much truth for now & frowned upon.
