Corporate guarantees, direct-pay relocation agency agreements, or company housing stipends fully covering the lease term may be substituted for personal income requirements. 3. Rental History: Minimum 2 years of verifiable positive rental/housing history with no lease violations. 4. Eviction History: No monetary judgments or court orders to vacate resulting from eviction actions within the past 7 years. (Note: In accordance with MN law, pending eviction actions, expunged cases, or dismissed eviction filings that did not result in an order to vacate will not be grounds for rejection). 5. References: Minimum 2 years of positive references from previous landlords or personal/professional references. 6.
