We are coming up on two years at this location. We have looked around for comparable properties to either buy or rent and with the current state of the economy, we decided to stay put for another year. The property is well maintained, clean and comfortable. It's nice not having to shovel snow, cut the grass, repair appliances and other things, when they stop working. We have a pool we don't have to maintain, walking paths, a small fitness center and we're in a community that we like. For us, it works!

I have lived here for 10 months, there are so many things I like about being here. The neighborhood is clean, peaceful and quiet, maintenance and staff are wonderful, love the new leasing manager, she brings so much positive energy. A few things I don't love - neighbor is letting their dog poop in my back yard without cleaning it up, not the properties fault, but people don't do a great job of keeping their dogs and their messes in there own space and cleaned up. I have 2 dogs and I clean up every single day, and never use their yards, much less my own to leave landmines. Lots of off leash dogs too, mine are always controlled. The amenities haven't been worth the money - the pool particularly, my kids 17, 19 couldn't use the pool unless I babysat them because they aren't on the lease...I live across the street. What's the point, so...it's a waste of my money since the thinking was I'm paying for it, they are here to see me, they should be able as responsible older children to use the facilities I pay for. Other than that I love it here. New snow removal company is awesome too! Looking to extend lease when the time comes. Thanks

Nice neighborhood, quiet most times. Nice amenities, pool, with clean showers and restrooms. Fitness center, center, patio area, community room. Snow removal and lawn service included. M. Sometimes lots of rules to follow. Have had several turnovers in ownership, each with new guidelines.
