Fun place to live. Great amenities. Just had community pool party which was very fun. Great food and giveaways for the kids. . Staff work hard to keep tennants informed. Like the independent living. Can get to know neighbors or remain anonymous. People come and go frequently. Wish for a little more parking for guests, but seems to work. Like community room for gathering space for small groups or hang out on pool days. Television available.

We are coming up on two years at this location. We have looked around for comparable properties to either buy or rent and with the current state of the economy, we decided to stay put for another year. The property is well maintained, clean and comfortable. It's nice not having to shovel snow, cut the grass, repair appliances and other things, when they stop working. We have a pool we don't have to maintain, walking paths, a small fitness center and we're in a community that we like. For us, it works!
