I love this home even though some things for sure need to be updated. The neighbors don’t bother you besides the people directly across the street, they ride off road vehicles in the street and do burnouts all the time (and other annoying things) but otherwise, the neighborhood has been fine! Maintenance has been pretty good about getting things fixed. When i had an issue with the drain in one of the showers, they got it fixed & they fixed the wall after too. The house itself is in pretty good shape. I did have to buy a gate for the fence when i moved it so my dogs couldnt get out of the yard & i never received a refund / response for one from First Key so that was a little disappointing so whoever lives there next will not have a gate. I am resigning my lease because the area is super convenient for me as i work downtown! I lived in the neighborhood 3 years before this home just a street over so i was excited to stay close to where i know. Last thing about the homes condition, the gutters are falling off the side of the home and i have been trying to get it fixed since the end of march. They forgot about me, so i called again and they will be out this friday hopefully to get it fixed since there is some water damage in the ceilings now but nothing too bad! No visible mold. Lots of space! Three bedroom 2.5 bathroom home :) The closets all have built ins which is really nice. Extra storage space in the washer and dryer room. It is a GAS hookup for the dryer. There’s also attic storage. plenty of outlets. Nice appliances! Good for a roommate situation since there are two full showers on opposite sides of the home.
