First Key Unpleasnt Experience

First key homes agents DO NOT return phone calls or emails. I've called / emailed agents as well as an alleged supervisor for over two weeks with no response. The home appears to be lovely however, the smartlock needed repair to access the property. Not only have they failed to respond to inquires about the home. They didn't have the maintenance team place a lockbox on the property so that potential renters could access the property.
